1) Email transfers for Deposits: You can email the funds to us at email@example.com. We have auto-deposit set up, but if your bank still requires a security Q&A, please use the security question: Answer we provided you? And the answer is: 1homedeposit. You must include the Address of the subject property in the message section, plus the MLS number if known, and the name of the Listing Agent. Mention if to expect further deposits if applicable, and the intended combined total amount once all deposits have been received.
2) Direct deposits at any TD Branch: You can also take a cheque/draft from any bank and deposit it directly into our account at any TD Canada Trust bank (32936 5206794). For this, we will need a copy of the cheque/draft deposited. You must also request and forward to firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of the bank receipt, and please note the address of the subject property, plus the MLS number if known, on the Receipt.
3) For TD Account Holders – Direct Personal Payee Payments: You need to either go into a TD Branch or call TD’s 1-866-222-3456 (current Customer Service Number) and have them set up a “Personal Payee”. Transit: 32936 Acct#: 5206794. Once set up, you can log in online, and make your transfer up to $5,000.00 per single transaction. Multiple same day transactions are also allowed based on your personal limits. Please forward details of the address, the MLS number if known and the date of the transaction and the Listing Agent to: email@example.com. Also include a copy of the transfer/print screen as further proof of deposit.
4) Wire Transfers should only be used for out of Country Clients as all other Options are more convenient and cost effective for your Client: **Please note that sending and receiving banks, charge service charges for wire transfers. Our bank (TD)– the receiving bank – charges $17.50. Therefore, please be sure to increase the amount wired by $ 17.50.***
Please forward a copy of the receipt etc showing that the Funds were wired from your account, along with the address, the MLS number of the property and the name of the Listing Agent to firstname.lastname@example.org
