Email transfers for Deposits:
STEP 1: Send the funds to us at [email protected]. We have auto-deposit, so you do not require a password. In the message section, you MUST include the address of the property, the MLS number if known, and the name of the Listing Agent.
STEP 2: In order for us to provide your agent with a mandatory deposit receipt within 2 business days, email us at [email protected] with your agent’s name, their email address and address of the property.
Should your required deposit exceed your daily limit for an e-transfer, please notify us, in the email, noting how many etransfers you will be sending in total, the amount of each e-transfer and over what period of time
On-line Bill Payment:
STEP 1: If you bank with RBC, TD, Scotia Bank, Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Meridian Credit Union, or Manulife, you can add “Keller Williams Integrity Realty” as a payee just like you would if paying a utility bill. For the “account number” field, you MUST include the address of the property, and it must have a total of 13 alpha-numeric digits in the field (letters & numbers only, no spaces, symbols, dashes etc.) or the system won’t accept the information (Example, 123MainSt0000). At CIBC, the process is slightly different. The account number to use is 0000150210000. The system will not accept any other “account” information.
STEP 2: After your bill payment, please email us at [email protected] a confirmation of the completed bill payment (screenshot or PDF) with the following information noted; the address of the property, plus the MLS number if known, and the name of the Listing Agent in order for us to provide you with a deposit receipt within 3 business days
Direct deposits at any Meridian Branch :
STEP 1: You can take a cheque/draft issued from any bank and deposit it directly into our account at any Meridian Credit Union location (Branch Transit #62112, Institution #837, Account #10309479311).
STEP 2: Please email us at [email protected], a copy/picture of the cheque/draft being deposited, along with a copy of the bank receipt for the deposit with the following information noted; the address of the property, plus the MLS number if known, and the name of the Listing Agent along with your agent’s name and email address in order for us to provide a deposit receipt within 2 business days.
