At KW, we have a vested interest in your success as we only get paid when you get paid! Do you want to be in business with a brokerage that charges you a franchise fee every month whether or not you are selling real estate, or a company that is vested in your success and only gets paid when you get paid?
• 6% of Gross/Deal up to a maximum of $3,000/year
ie) $5,000 Commission, 6% = $300 paid towards Royalty
• Spouses only pay up to 1 Royalty combined per year
